David’s work is wood-fired and salt-glazed in his hand built kiln in Hexham. All his ceramics have a robust design destined for functional use. Each piece has a unique finish due to the interaction of wood flames and refined minerals. He typically works in stoneware & porcelain to create a fine finish that is food safe & dishwasher /ovenproof.
